Palazzo Masino
The result involves the construction of 39 residential apartments. In particular, apartments of distinctive value will be created on the main floor through the complete restoration of the historic frescoed vaults and the noble hall that belonged to the counts of Masino. While on the fourth floor the penthouses will be equipped with large terraced outdoor spaces overlooking the historic center.
Finally, common areas are planned with services available to condominiums and the inclusion of elements characterizing the entrance to the building and the internal distribution routes.
Pisa 18
The project, the result of the renovation of an old production building in turn transformed into offices, seeks a synthesis between the various, heterogeneous souls of the Aurora district. The structure of the original production building is freed from the heavy added facade; the façades are equipped with large glazed openings, with a clear predominance of the voids on the full. In this way the building recovers, albeit with a certain abstraction, its original industrial “aura”. On top of the existing structure is added a completely new, dark and somewhat enigmatic volume. Conceived as an urban “villa” divided into three units, it clearly detaches from the image of the building below.
Riberi 6
The building is located in the historical Turin city Center, in a position overlooking the Mole Antonelliana, historical architectural symbol of the city. The project consists in the renovation of a historical building, maintaining the volumes and structural features, leaving the facades unaltered on the road. For coverage, a more contemporary aspect was chosen. The building mainly keep residential use. The internal courtyard has been divided into private gardens connected to the respective units of relevance.
Carlo Felice
The apartment occupies the top floor of the building located along the central Via Roma. It is designed as a “Turret” with a square floor plan, developed over two levels. Each of the four sides features large floor-to-ceiling windows that offer a 360° panoramic view of the city and surrounding hills, while also allowing natural light to become a key element of the design.
The lower floor is dedicated to the living area. Double-height volumes in the living room alternate with a central zone organized as a functional “box” that houses service areas and a guest bathroom. The upper floor houses the sleeping area, with the bedrooms, vestiaire, and the bathrooms.
Les Arches 33
Designed in 1836, the building appeared as a large palace with three entrances from via San Francesco da Paola at numbers 33, 35, 37. The renovation project subject to the project concerns number 33 but a unitary decoration intervention is underway of the entire street facade.
The building will be the subject of a careful building renovation that will preserve its historical nature, respecting and enhancing its original architectural characteristics.
Via Cernaia 16
Cernaia 16 is located in Turin city centre, very weel connected with underground and public transport facilities.
The project involves the refurbishment of an entire floor divided into four new elegant apartments carefully restored with porter’s lodge and entrance with consierge. The apartments benefit of a double exposure due to their location at the corner of the building; this allows you to enjoy excellent natural lighting. All the apartments will have mezzanines to increase the surface and provide a contemporary look.
Quintino Sella
Renovation project of an entire property, achieving 3 target objectives: * Drastic reduction in management and implementation times of the intervention * Design and construction phases optimisation with a new approach to BIM design (digital twin), replicable and with Off-site prefabrication criteria which enhances and retains the network of partners involved in all construction phases * Controlling the process and final result by obtaining Well and Leed certifications in the private condominium residential sector as well as on building sites.
